Filtering is a powerful tool to find all the necessary information related to your clients, leads, and sales. Create your own filter list and use filtering criteria that you need most! You always will be able to add more filters as default or just for one-time use.
Every user must create own filter list.
1. How to create filter list?
To create a default filter list click the filter icon on the top right corner. Filtering option is available in these sections: Leads, People, Companies, Deals, Organizer, and Files.
1.2. Click "Filter list" icon and mark all the filters you wish to set as default and see in the filter list.
1.3. When you need to use other filtering criteria, but you do not want to set them as default- click "Add one-off filters" and select the filters from the drop-down menu > select filtering criteria > click "Apply".
Note: After finishing using the filter- do not forget to press "Clear" button.
2. Which filters can I add to the list?
Leads:
2.1. Saved filters. You may save the filtering combinations that you use periodically.
2.2. Quick filters located on top of the filter list. These filters cannot be changed or removed.
Preset filters:

Custom filters:
- Add up to 3 custom fields to the filter. Custom field type must be: "Standard select", "Multi-select", "Date" or "Checklist". You may not filter by the other type of custom fields.
People and Companies:

- Industry;
- Status;
- Owner;
- Collaborator;
- Age;
- Estimated Closure data;
- Not contacted within.

To enable the filter- select the list view first.
