After setting up your Twilio integration with Teamgate, you may start making and receiving calls. Twilio integration allow you to make outbound and receive inbound calls.
1. How to make an outbound call?
1.1. From the list: open the Lead, Company or People list and click on the phone number > select "call via Smartdialer". The call will start immediately.
1.2. From the contact card: open contact card > click on the phone number > select "call via Smartdialer". The call will start immediately.
1.3. After completing the call mark the result and leave a note.
2. How to receive inbound calls?
2.1. Incoming calls will appear on the right corner in your browser. You may answer or decline the call. Answer a call by clicking green button and decline the calls by clicking red button.
When you answer a call a new window will show up.
2.2. To receive the inbound calls from unknown numbers you have to enable this option in the settings and assign a system user who will receive the calls. (Settings > SmartDialer > Twilio > General > Unknown incoming calls). If this option is enabled the new lead will be created if the call will not be answered.
2.3. If you chose to record your calls you will be able to listen to the recordings in the client profile and on the dashboard:
3. Where can I find missed calls?
3.1. The information about a missed call will be shown in several places within the system.

3.2 Track results: how many calls your sales team have made and measure the effectiveness of their calls on overall sales results.
4. How to forward calls to a cell phone?
Calls cannot be forwarded to your cell phone until you are logged out (Settings > log-out) from Teamgate CRM; along with your personal phone number - which must be entered to the Teamgate CRM (My profile > Profile > Phone). Please note; you will receive the incoming call from the number that you selected as your Twilio phone number.
5. Allow calls to restricted countries
Some phone numbers are considered as a high risk phone numbers and Twilio restricts to call to certain countries. Meaning you have to allow permissions on Twilio console: https://www.twilio.com/console/voice/calls/geo-permissions/high-risk?countryIsoCode=LT
