Navigate to Settings > Calendar > Calendar settings
Select the objects of general use
Teamgate Calendar is easy-to-use for meeting rooms booking, cars or any other resources you share with your colleagues. You can use these objects when you are planning an appointment. Your colleagues will know if the conference room is booked by yourself or if it's available.
Some of the sample objects that may be of general use: car, meeting rooms, projectors, laptops, conference call items.
