If the user was deactivated temporarily - you can activate user by following these steps:
1. Settings > User Management
2. Inactive users are listed at the end and blurred (grey).
3. Navigate the cursor in the middle of the circle and click Activate user.

Note: use search if your user list is long.

4. After you will be redirected to payment window > click "Pay and send invitation"
