1. How to adjust the settings so that Teamgate would offer to create new activity when the last activity associated with a deal is completed?
1.1. Click on the avatar on the right top > select Settings > Deals > Deals Settings > Additional Settings >move the slider to the right to enable the setting.
2. How does this functionality work?
2.1. Activities. The system will automatically open a new window to create the new activity when the last activity associated with a deal is completed. The activity may be completed from the Pipeline, deal's card, Calendar and other.
2.2. Calls. The system will ask to mark if the call completed were successful or unsuccessful and instead of the "Save" button will show the button "Save and Create New".
2.3. Meetings. The meeting does not require an active action to complete it, so when the meeting time has passed - the system will not offer to create a new activity.
