In order to export your contacts from Outlook.com do the following steps:
1. Sign in to your Outlook.com account.
2. Choose the app launcher in the upper-left corner of your screen and then choose People.
3. On the toolbar, click Manage > Export for Outlook.com and other services.
4. At the very bottom of your screen, you will be prompted to Open or save OutlookContact.csv from people.live.com. Choose Save As.
5. Choose a location on your computer to save your OutlookContacts.csv file.
