It is very useful to collect all the possible information related to your clients in one place. A lot of important information can be held in a various type of documents: proposals, contracts, project plans, pictures and etc. For your comfort, we highly suggest uploading all the files to your contacts cards. Later these documents could be easily found and downloaded.
There are several different ways how you can attach files to Teamgate CRM:
1. Upload files to File module.
1.1. Click on the "New" button to get the pop-up window.
1.2. Click on the "Upload files" button or just drag files from your PC to pop-up window area.
1.3. Your files cannot be bigger than 50 Mb.
1.4. Click "+ METADATA" if you wish to add your tags or enter the description.
1.5. Please wait until you'll see the word "Uploaded" at the upload bar.
1.6. Save your file.
2. Upload files by using the files section on the right of contact's card.
2.1. Click "+" icon.
2.2. Select the file from the repository (file module) or upload the file from your computer.
3.The file can be uploaded together with your sent/received email attachment. Learn more about emails here.
4. Attach the file while adding the notes, creating the activities (calls, tasks, emails) and organizing the appointments. Learn more here.
