1. How to connect PieSync with Teamgate?
In order to integrate your Piesync with Teamgate follow these steps:
1.1. Connect to your PieSync account.
1.2. Click "New connections" > + add new connection
1.3. Select Teamgate app from the list
1.4. Select the app you want to connect with Teamgate
1.5. Authorize the selected accounts to start the synchronization. Click "add new account"
1.6. Connect to your Teamgate account.
1.7. Copy your Application Key: navigate to Settings > Additional features > External Apps > Click "New API Key Request" > copy API KEY
1.8. Copy your Authorization Token: navigate to My Profile > Integrations > copy Authorization token
1.9. Enter Application Key and Authorization Token in the dedicated fields and click "Next".
2. Authorize the second app of your choice.
3. Lastly, adjust the settings in a way you want your synchronization to work between the two different applications. Select the preferred rules, adjust connection and field mapping settings.
PieSync offers very flexible sync options, so you may always be sure that you are are syncing only quality contacts. Filtering options allow selecting various contact statuses in Teamgate such as "Prospect status", "Owner", "Tags" including "Custom fields".
