2.2. Copy account ID and api key from your VoxImplant account.
2.3. Login to your Teamgate account and navigate to Settings > SmartDialer > VoxImplant
2.4. Within the Incoming calls section check the box "Inbound calls" if you wish to create a new lead when you are receiving the incoming call from the unknown number. Select who will be the owner of the newly created leads and the collaborators if needed.
2.5. Check the box "Redirect incoming calls to collaborators" if you want the calls to be redirected to the collaborators if the owner is logged out from the system. Note: to log out from the system you need to click on the icon with your initials and click "log-out".
2.6. Save the changes.
2.7. Within the settings you will find these additional sections:
Phone numbers: there you will find the list of purchased phone numbers. Note: it is allowed to use only one phone number to make and receive calls from Teamgate account.
Users: in this section you will find the Teamgate users list accordingly with the information if the user has the VoxImplant account.
Call logs: there will see the list of all calls made.
3. How to make a call?
Open Leads, People or Contact list > click on the phone number > click "Call via SmartDialer":
It is also available to make a call from the Lead, People or Company card. Click on the phone number > click "Call via SmartDialer":
