In order to import your contacts from iCloud account- first you need to export them as vCard file.

Export your files by following these steps:

Connect to your iCloud account using your Apple ID

Click on Contacts icon

Select contacts from the list

Click command menu
-
Select "Export vCard"

Save the file to your computer
