All invoices issued by Teamgate are placed on your Teamgate account, within your customer portal.
Note: Billing information is only available for users with permissions. If you do not see billing information please contact your account admin.
1. To view and download invoices navigate to Settings > Plans & Pricing > Update Information > Open Customer Portal.
Once inside your customer portal, scroll down to view your Invoice history.
2. To view and download individual invoices - click on the expand icon next to the invoice date.
3. You can now view the invoice in detail, as well as downloading the Invoice PDF and Receipt.
Note: Invoices displayed will only be from Teamgate's recent migration to our new payment provider in November 2022. If you require invoices prior to this date, please reach out to our customer support team: firstname.lastname@example.org
